Help I feel like I'm dangerously close to the "friend zone"?

I know I heading into the friend zone with this girl. She knows I like her and she likes me to as well, but she's not sure if she wants a relationship right now. How can I distant myself from the friend zone, and convince her that we should give our relationship a shot?
