The math teacher has me really frustrated she gets paid to do a job?

My 10 yr old said he asked the math teacher for help fri, she told him mon. mon comes he mentions it again she said something about lunchtime ok lunchtime has come and gone and even somewhere in between all that i have emailed her to ask if he needed to stay after school or something she said no well he asked me at the end of the day fri so i told him to remind me mon. ok really what should my next step be call the principal? or would that be unreasonable...
