What should i do about my c section?

i was supposed to have my c section today which was the latest the doctors would let me go but after finding out my doctor wouldnt be there instead its the doctor that has been sued by my aunt and cousin with my aunt he cut her cervix during a cone biopsy causing her to almost bleed to death and then when she was in labor he broke her water with his finger and without gloves he recently did a hysterectomy on my cousin and left parts of her tube and surgical tools inside her almost killing her this is my 2nd c section and the baby is large and breech that dr is on call all week and i am 40 weeks today so what do i do i really dont want an emergency c and the hospital told me they cant change whos on call
