I have pokemodifer for platnium and i can get the pokemon but the level isnt right am i doing something wrong?

sry bout the spelling =D ok so i can put the numbers for the pokemon lv and the nature (tht doest work buh i dont mind that) but i cant catch the lv i type in thx whoevers answer works 4 me gets best answer
