My mates wedding speach?

i'm my mates best man- he gets married in april. & i have started working on his speah. i have alot of great stories & stuff but i'm struggling to condense it into a short snappy speach. anyone know of a website i could use who could tidy it up for me. i heard there are ones out there. thanks
