How come after securing wireless internet i get bad connection?

So i recently changed my wireless connection from no security to WPA2 Personal. I use it for both my ipod touch and my laptop. I noticed recently when i put in the pword on my ipod that the connection was only one bar, very low. I'm sitting 3 feet away from my router and modem. So should i just leave it unsecured?

Can Lithium do more harm than good?

I've been taking 1200mg daily for about 13 years but I still have severe emotional problems every day. I feel like all I can't let any of my frustration out and there's this eerie calm that's out of place.Once you've been on it a few years, most P-Docs are afraid to take you off it. Lithium has this reputation of being so trusted and benign, but I think it interferes with my natural abilites and leaves me at a disadvantage. What do you guys think; can you tell when Lithium is not working or did you have a bad experience from it? I'm especially interested to hear from anyone else who's been on it 10+ years. Thanks!

Blue Buffalo Wilderness cat food question?

I have a very very active cat! I play fetch with her for at least an hour every day and she plays even more after that by chasing her ball and the dogs all over the house and randomly sprinting. She is a 6 month old Bengal cat with a sensitive stomach and I was wondering if the Blue Buffalo Wilderness cat food would be a good change for her. She is eating Purina One for sensitive stomachs now. If their is something even better for her then that could you tell me please! Thanks!
